What it is
Building a Culture of Champions, The Blueprint. The video course that walks a coach through installing a championship mental culture in their program, step by step. The Cognitecture system, on demand.
31 lessons, about 4 minutes each. Every one ends with what to do this week. The staff meeting scripts are already written. Built by Coach Jason Mays, certified under Ben Newman and Brian Cain.

- A staff on the same page. Lessons on building the staff, assigning roles, and written weekly and monthly staff meeting scripts.
- A standard players and parents can see. Mission, vision, and standards written down, with what above and below the line looks like. Parent meeting scripts are included.
- Fewer fires. Standards that hold for every player, social media standards, and an Annual Matrix that plans the full year.

- ✓Access starts when the invoice is sent.
Refunds
Refunds: full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have watched less than 20% of the course and downloaded no more than 2 tools, as recorded in your account. VIP refunds also require that your advance review has not started.
