Shipping Policy

This policy covers shipping for physical products purchased from Cognitecture, LLC, including the printed copy of Mentally Tough, The Playbook.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. At checkout you will be asked for a U.S. shipping address; orders without a valid U.S. address cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free. The cost is already included in the product price — there is no separate shipping charge at checkout.

Digital delivery

The digital Playbook PDF is delivered immediately. You can download it from the order confirmation page right after checkout, and we also email you a download link. Your printed copy ships separately (see below).

Processing & delivery time

Printed copies are packed and shipped by hand, typically within a few business days of your order. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. We will contact you if anything causes an unusual delay.

Wrong address & undeliverable orders

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reach out to arrange reshipment.

Damaged in transit

If your book arrives damaged, we will replace it free — see our Refund & Returns Policy.
