Refund & Returns Policy
Our refund and returns terms for Coach Jason Mays products.

This policy applies to products purchased from Cognitecture, LLC, including Mentally Tough, The Playbook (sold as a bundle: an instant digital PDF plus a printed copy shipped to you).
All sales are final
Because the digital Playbook is delivered to you immediately at purchase and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital or printed products.
Damaged or defective books
We stand behind the physical product. If your printed copy arrives damaged or defective, email us at jason@coachmays.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will ship a replacement at no cost to you. We may ask you to return the damaged copy, at our expense.
Wrong or missing items
If you received the wrong item, or your order never arrived within a reasonable time after the shipping window, contact us and we will make it right — by reshipping or otherwise resolving the issue.
Problems with your digital download
If you have trouble downloading or opening the digital Playbook, please contact us at jason@coachmays.com and we will help you get your copy. A download problem is not a reason for a refund, but it is something we will always fix.
