Our services

Information on the Site describes the services we offer. It is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer or a guarantee of any particular result. Any work we perform for you is governed by a separate agreement or written estimate between us.

Purchases, payment, and pricing

Some products on the Site — such as Mentally Tough, The Playbook — are available for purchase. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are charged at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. By placing an order you confirm that the payment and shipping information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Digital products, delivery, and shipping

Products may include a digital download, a physical item shipped to you, or both. Digital items are delivered immediately at purchase. Physical items ship to the United States as described in our Shipping Policy.

Refunds and returns

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final. Damaged or defective printed items are replaced free as described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms.

Intellectual property

The content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Cognitecture, LLC and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our written permission, except as allowed for ordinary personal viewing.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
